November 17th, 2004

So this weekend is our "weekend away" and I'm so excited. Dont get me wrong I love my daughter, but me and Dan need some time to ourselves. Seeing we get a babysitter only once a week IF that... and its so we can go to school, not so we can see each other, I think we deserve it! From friday night to monday morning. It will be heaven. Dan is excited too. We can actually sleep in... Audrey wakes up at 7am so even 9am will be wonderful. But tell me why Dan wants to bring his new PS2?!? Yea, I bought it for him as an early xmas gift... which works out cuz I didnt get him nothing last year. He went home for a few weeks. So is anyone else really excited about thanksgiving?!? I AM!!! I love turkey, but really I want some pumpkin pie! We only get it once a year, so why not! I think I'll start the diet the day after! I joined Curves for women. My dad said he'll pay as an early wedding gift cuz he knows I hate being fat, and I def dont wanna get married fat, so I'm excited. I actually go with my grandma, which is funny, but I like going with someone, ya know? We have fun, cuz we talk the whole time. And yesterday I had fun too! It was me and Dans 2 year anniversary, but I didnt really see him, that sucked. But my fun was wedding planning.
I had a meeting with the florist, the salon where I think me and the girls will get our hair done, and I think I found rooms for the out of town guests, along with a rehearsal dinner place. I am gonna have the rehearsal dinner at the Park Plaza... omg its gorgeous. Really expensive but my dad and my mom are splitting it. My dad is inviting all of the out of town guests tho... isnt that nuts? He really wants like 45 people there... at $27 a person!!!!! Our wedding is only $17 a person! I am getting so excited! *can ya tell* Dan and I are in the process of looking at wedding invitations too. I really like these ones at Michaels that you make yourself, cuz its a lot of work but wayyy cheaper for daddy. I bought a set tho and the writing is coming out crooked on my comp, so I am gonna try some at my grandparents house maybe tomorrow and see. They are so gorgeous tho, so I really hope it works. It will literally be 66% cheaper than other ones, and they actually look a lot more expensive. The only thing I have to order is the Reception to Follow Cards and maybe print some maps and oh yea the RSVP cards with return envelopes. Sometimes I still cant believe I am getting married in 8 and a half months!!!! YAY!!! Maybe next time I write I will tell everyone where we are honeymooning!!!!


P.S. Does anyone out there babysit? I need a babysitter on tuesdays and thursdays from 8:30am-about noon... I'll pay $20 a day! If you guys know anyone please tell me thankies
